Mohave Education Festival
General Rules

1. Participation is limited to Mohave County students and residents, pre-School through college and established youth groups affiliated with educational related programs and activities.
2. Only items listed in this book or items qualifying in "any other" lots are permitted.
3. Exhibitors are responsible for transportation of exhibits to and from the Festival.
4. Exhibitors must conform to all rules or they will be disqualified.
5. No exhibit may be removed from the Festival before 4:30 PM Sunday, April 20, 2008.
6. Students may enter only ONE item per lot number. Maximum 5 entries.
7. The Festival reserves the right to make changes where such changes are desirable to improve the Festival.
8. The Festival shall take every precaution possible to insure proper care and protection of exhibits while in their care, but will accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any exhibit or person. Any exhibit not claimed by April 25, 2008 will be discarded.
9. All exhibits must have been done or made during the current school year or since last Mohave Education Festival.
10. Every exhibit must have a completed official entry tag attached when submitted.
11. Teachers, Parents or other adults should ascertain that work is worthy of exhibition for lot, age and grade.
12. When possible, exhibits will be hung. Please prepare your entries accordingly. Mounting is STRONGLY suggested.
13. All creative writing must be submitted in FOLDER form if multiple pages. If a single sheet, it must be mounted on construction paper.
14. If you have a Special Needs Child, you may chose to use an "S" designation after any class number.
15. GROUP PROJECTS may have up to six (6) participants, use a " G " designation after any class number.
16. CLASS PROJECTS made by more than six (6) participants should use a "C" designation after any class number.
17. We reserve the right not to display work that is unacceptable for a family event. Non displayed work can be found at the Festival booth
