Filing Entries

Entry Form
1. Entries must be made on the official Entry Form.
2. Entry forms and Festival Handbooks with rules are available at the Mohave County Fair Office located at the fairgrounds in Kingman. These may also be obtained by writing to the
Mohave Education Festival,

Kingman, AZ 86401-4169
or by calling 928-753-2636.
3. Fill out the entry forms completely with all required information. Be sure to list mailing address.
4. Use separate entry forms for each Individual/Group.
5. EVERY ARTICLE EXHIBITED must have a completed official entry tag attached when delivered for entry.
6. If a "S" designation is being used on an entry form after class number, it is suggested that a parent signature be obtained.
7. GROUP PROJECTS: Designation with a "G" after any class number will be judged as a single entry. One ribbon will be awarded to each participant.
PLEASE use one entry form for each group, use teacher name "Group" when filing entry. Example "Smith Group", Not individual students names.
Group Projects may have up to six(6) participants, use a " G " designation after any class number. List the number in group on entry form
8. CLASS PROJECTS: Designation with a "C" after any class number will be judged as a single entry. One ribbon will be awarded to the class project.

Class Projects made by more than six(6) participants should use a " C " designation after any class number.
