Entry Form

1. ENTRY FORM MUST BE POSTMARKED or DELIVERED to the Fairgrounds office no later than 5:00 PM, Monday, March 1, 2008

Mail forms to: Mohave Education Festival
2600 Fairgrounds Blvd
Kingman, AZ. 86401-4169
OR deliver to the
Mohave Co. Fairgrounds Office
2600 Fairgrounds Blvd. Kingman
Entry Forms must be submitted under the direction of a teacher/adult.

2. Receiving times for exhibits; Mohave County Fairgrounds:
Tuesday, April 8th, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and
Wednesday, April 9th, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Thursday, April 10th, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

3. Exhibits will be released:
Mohave County Fairgrounds:
Sunday, April 20th, 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Monday, April 21st, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and
Tuesday, April 22nd, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
NO EXHIBIT may be removed from the Festival before 4:30 PM Sunday, April 20th,
Exhibitors failing to comply, shall forfeit all awards.

4. The Festival shall not be responsible for unclaimed exhibits.
Any exhibit not claimed by April 25, 2008 will be discarded.
